Full-body skeletal balance

Starts with posture, gait, shoulder-pelvis height, movement range and discomfort patterns before assessing leg-length imbalance, lumbar, thoracic and cervical discomfort, wrist issues, knee degeneration and general joint pain.

Facial structure observation

Focuses on facial bone balance around the nose, jaw, brow, eyes, cheekbones, facial contour and lip alignment while observing neck tension, cervical posture and bite habits. The actual adjustment direction depends on individual assessment.

Pelvic correction

Assesses anterior/posterior pelvic tilt, pelvic widening, hip structure, postpartum recovery needs and posture imbalance, with practical posture guidance to support more stable load patterns.

Full-spine adjustment and wellness

Supports common structural concerns such as neck discomfort, lower back pain, shoulder pain, scoliosis, upper-back bump and leg-length imbalance through AMCT assessment, manual adjustment direction and everyday wellness advice.

We use a Chinese-and-Western holistic approach to understand posture, movement limits, daily habits and discomfort patterns before recommending a suitable direction.

Yuki looks at the face, spine, ribs and pelvis as a connected structure. Instead of only focusing on the painful area, the assessment considers spinal alignment, pelvic load, neck and shoulder tension, rib mobility and facial structure balance. Each visit is adjusted to individual needs with practical posture and wellness reminders.
